Merit has made three new senior appointments, strengthening the leadership team as part of the company’s strategic growth plan.
Vicki McGregor has been promoted to the Board as Marketing and Bids Director. She has over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing and joined Merit in 2015, making a substantial contribution to the company’s bid success rate and winning culture.
Joanne Cairns joins the company as Director of Human Resources joins from NBT Group having previously been director of HR for a major regional legal firm and deputy director of HR at Northumbria University.
Lina Forsyth-Grant has been appointed Director for Scotland. She brings over 10 years of commercial and management experience in public and private sectors, including oil and gas and the NHS.
