Transforming Texas Instruments’ Wafer Fab Operations with Comprehensive Design and Construction Solutions Since 2006

Since 2006, Merit has been the framework contractor of choice for Texas Instruments’ Wafer Fab at Greenock, focused on delivering comprehensive cleanroom modifications, basebuilding and tool hook-up design and installation for both 6 and 8-inch wafer fabrication facilities.

Since our partnership began, Merit has successfully completed over 100 design and construction management projects at Texas Instruments.

Our project scope has included a diverse array of services, such as design and construction management, cleanroom installations, ultra-high-purity bulk and specialty gas systems, vacuum forelines, process cooling water systems, process drains and ductwork.

Merit’s collaborative approach with Texas Instruments throughout the years has involved regular daily site meetings and weekly consultations to assess project progress, address any issues and secure consensus on necessary changes. We maintained transparency through consistent progress reports, ensuring clients were informed at every stage. This commitment to open communication fosters our culture of no surprises, allowing us to celebrate achievements while also proactively managing challenges.
