CEO
Overseeing and supporting the activities of Merit at the most senior level, Tony is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring Merit’s building platform drives each project towards a successful handover.
Chair
Kirsty has been with Merit for over 8 years and now forms part of the board of directors as Chair, providing support and advice on various aspects of the company such as bids and marketing, commercial and manufacturing.
Non-Executive Director
David has been with Merit since 2015 and as part of our board as Non-Executive Director, David supports us with strategic planning.
Operations Director
Kevin has been with Merit since 2002 and in his role oversees all site operations. Kevin plays a key role in integrating and collaborating project and client teams, providing an invaluable link between contract win and handover.
Finance Director
Matthew has worked for Merit for 13 years and is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including monitoring cashflow and predicting future trends; formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
Chief People Officer
Jonathan joined the business in 2015 and now forms part of the board of directors as our Chief People Officer, overseeing the HR and HSEQ team. Jonathan is responsible for all aspects of recruitment within the business.
Business Development Director
Matthew has worked with Merit for over a decade and, as well as Business Development Director, Matthew acts as Project Sponsor. He provides a forged link between all key stakeholders and supports Merit’s no surprises culture.
